JLR/SDD Service Functions

JLR/SDD Service Functions
Hi,
I'm working on a 2008 x-type, using JLR/SDD 130.03 v.185. I'd like to access the Service Functions, but when I try, the system reads some data and goes back to the Vehicle Specification page. There are two modules with an 'x', namely ARM (Automatic Restraint) and FETM (Front Entertainment). Would that prevent me from accessing the Service Functions? There are some TOPIX errors in the log file, and the MCP_session_report.xml file shows some communications errors.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, John

Okay, accessing the Service Functions turned to be a simple case of reading the manual. Now I'm getting data from the various modules, but I'm unable to perform Passenger Seat Calibration. From looking that the log file, I see the message "The SnapShot Pid 0xDD01, could not be found in the platform XML for this vehicle"
