Name that Part! - Throttle Body Coolant Hose Connector
Hey all
Many coolant kits come with the following pipe that goes to the throttle body: LR045239 The one I have to install is metal, from the Euro-amp kit.
However, I am having difficulty finding the connector that goes into the grey piece and feeds back into the cooling system.. on my XJL, the original connector (that is fastened with a clip) is sort of weak and tired looking and the washer has seen better days. I'd like to put a new one into the hose, however I'm having a tough time finding a part number.
This is a change from Jaguar's cooling system updates. If you examine the grey plastic nipple you will discover it's blocked off with plastic from the factory. So to answer your question. Nothing attaches to that grey nipple anymore.
Attached is a poor drawing that attempts to show what was changed with part numbers. Note parts 6 and 7.
