I'm involved with a legal matter concerning my 04 XJ8 VDP. If anybody has the rules & regs of what made my car a Cert Pre Owned when purchased in 07 it would really help me out. I love the car and need your help.

From my earlier reading about the CPO scheme, I recall the precise terms and conditions of the of the limited warranty and service coverage are down to the authorized Jaguar Retailer supplying the vehicle and not a set standard contract laid down by Jaguar.

I'm looking for the rules and regs of what qualified my car to be CPO in 2007 when I bought the 2004 XJ8 VDP. I know they change year to year but I need what qualified it back in 2007.

 

There's a list of items that have to be inspected before it will qualify.
