Recently i have a Persistent Lower Advertising Banner when looking at threads that blocks m y dropdown menu next to my user name and I cannot easily use the lower part of the menu, for example "LOG OUT"
Is this a fault or new feature?

Same here, PITA.

My super tech savvy daughter traced it to "Goodle paid advertising".

Strange coz I use Firefox and DuckDuckGo, NO google. Whoe knows and at my age too hard. She reckons is paid advertising by IB, who own the site, dunno.

Sooooo, we set up Brave as my browser, and DDGo as the search engine, NO MORE adds, whoopee.
