Oil change = CEL and rough ride?
Had a recent oil/filter change along with new tires and alignment. CEL came on a day later. Noticed the oil level not completely 100% on the gauge? See picture. Appointment today to see what's going on. Rough ride at highway speeds...ugh. This is a 2015 XF 3.0 with 34k on it.

Could be just coincidence but a disturbed harness connector or inlet trunk joint isn't exactly unknown after a service.
Whenever the CEL comes on, the first step is to have the codes read. A subset of codes set the CEL - you need to know exactly which code(s) are stored or pending to make progress.

Dealer replaced the o2 sensor and also did a recall part fix as well. On the notes, then changed my tire pressure to 40psi "per manufacturers recommendations" (from 36....). Just had new tires put on a week ago. Car was bouncing all over the road on the trip back. If my door sticker says 36, which setting is correct?

Here's the 2015 XF tyre pressure recommendations on on Jaguar TOPIx today:
2015 XF - Tyre Pressures.pdf
No mention of 40 psi for any wheel/tyre/speed combination.

I reset them all back to 36. Getting conflicting info from my indy vs. the dealer. Indy replaced my tires, set the pressures, will warranty them, etc. They also said two of my brakes were a few mm from needing to be replaced, dealer gave me 4 greens on all the brakes. Drove off with the check engine light still on, had to return for them to 'reset' it. Not the most confident visit.
