Default part identification needed

Just finished changing the shock mounts on my 03 jaguar xkr, and found that an extension arm was loose, and needs new retainers. I am posting a picture of it and it is located on driver side, to the right of the shock and spring. Looks to be connected to some kind of electrical/mechanical control...Can anyone identify what it is. My finger points to it, on the right side of wishbone, below the fulcrum bolt.

Headlamp levelling Sensor arm.

The sensor and bracket used to be supplied complete but the sensor now comes without the arm or bracket.
