Default Restricted performance

Every couple of weeks or so, I get a 'Resricted Performance' notification on my 2015 F-type 6 cylinder. If I turn off the ignition and then start it back up the notification disappears and the car runs normally. Any thoughts?

What is the available battery voltage with the ignition in the OFF position when checked with a voltmeter across the terminals?

Hi
For whatever reason my voltmeter is not working but the battery in the car is new. I forgot to mention that the check engine light also comes on occasionally but not at the same time as 'restricted performance' and usually stays on only for less than a day.
Thnx

If the MIL is on, what DTCs are stored or pending?

12.6 volts is the necessary available voltage for systems to function correctly.
