Default Sat nav disk won't load

In a moment of madness and for no good reason I ejected the disk on my sat nav just to see what happens.
Now I know what happens........it wont go back in. It goes into the machine until the last little bit then the machine spits it out. If anyone has any ideas I'd be grateful and promise not to fiddle with things that I don't understand.

Pete,

Assuming this is your XK8, the ignition must be ON (position 1) to load the disk.

If this doesn't fix it, keep the sea on your left to get to Newcastle or keep it on the right to get to Alnwick.

Good advice Graham.
It's the X350 and I'm sometimes tempted to park it in the sea to my right that you mention when traveling to Alnwick but I think of it as character building.
Maybe a new updated disk would solve the problem.

Pete,

Unless it's physically damaged, it should load.
