Jaguar Land Rover SDD is an online subscription service - you can pay by the hour day, week, month or year through Jaguar TOPIx.
There are "cracked" versions available from several sources which will run offline. Vendors of these provide a user ID and password. However, the latest one of these I've seen is v1.50. Current v1.54 will only run with an internet connection and a subscription because the VDF's (Vehicle Definition Files) are no longer bundled in the update releases and must be downloaded.
