Lightbulb SDD/IDS release date compendium

As users of SDD/IDS probably know, the system date on the
host computer has to be within a certain range for each version.

This thread is intended as a place to gather that information.

The file dates within any release are not necessarily the system
date that needs to be used. But, the latest file date in a release
can be a good indicator.

Even better is the actual date of first public availability. Meaning,
the first day it was available for download. That date would be
definitive as any update done overnight to SDD/IDS at a dealership
had better work the next morning when the techs roll in.

Please post the version number and date information as well as
the origin of the date information so that readers can judge the
reliability.

note:

Moaning about unrelated problems would be best placed in a
different thread

I don't think so since that is it's entire job in life.

What you can do is prevent it from running.
