I would like to have sometime with a SDD for a 2004 XK8 throw the DRL switch on my US spec car now residing in Canada.
Local dealer insists that his current ECU tool will not work "on cars that old".

Indeed, it appears that I may have to join the ranks of the SDD operatives. I was hoping to avoid this, having long ago joined the ranks of data loggers with the earliest of the Innovate systems, and more recently having joined the HP Tuners horde for other automotive hobby endeavors.
It's all getting to be a bit much for my aging cerebral capacities.
