starting system voltage
Working on jaguar e pace 2018
car does not start and does not crank.
startup battery shows 12.8 volts at terminals.
startup battery fuse is good
green wire coming out of the battery monitoring sensor shows 7.8 volts. This is the wire going into the BCM.
Have not checked the alternator yet because I'd like to rule out the sensor and the BCM first. Alternator is hard to get at.
Is this green wire supposed to be showing 12 volts or is 7.8 normal?
