Hi I do purchasing for a company that makes key machines and I'm having trouble finding a Jaguar Tibbe lock cylinder with key. It can be any year or model. We need it to test out on some of the key machines we make. Any help would be appreciated - I called a local dealership and they said they'd need a VIN# so that was a dead end.

francis, to save yourself some time and money, take a look at your local recycling yard and find yourself a Jaguar X-Type. From there, you can grab the door handles from the front doors and/or the ignition cylinder for your testing. Those should be fairly common inside of a yard. You can probably even grab a few of them to make go and no-go cylinders just to verify a good cut. The yard should also have the associated keys to go with the tumblers. But, you may be able to make those yourself.
