Vanden Plas tells me you have a four door but 1997 was a model change year from the XJ6 (X300) to the XJ8 (X308). The screenwash reservoirs are NLA (No Longer Available) from Jaguar so your options are ebay as suggested above or specialist Jaguar breakers.
