Default Wheel vibration

I have a slight vibration in my steering wheel, like there is a tire out of balance. I had the wheels checked and the wheels are straight and in balance. Still vibration. Any ideas. My car is a 2012 Jaguar XJ Basic L.

Never been in any accidents.

Thanks,

Gene

this at all speeds?
Wheels are straight and balanced.... How about a tire 'out of round'?

Checked that also. New tires and they are round.

What is left................. Shocks
and the last thing that came to mind is-- all wheels ( lugs) tighten down properly?
All tires are the same?
It got to be something simple.
Also thinking about air pressure to balance out the car.

You can "balance" a football on a regular wheel balancer, but it won't run true.

Get a Hunter Road Force balance job done by a good tech, make them check the runout on the wheels and tires too, do everything the machine can do to check the wheel/tire combo, then see if you still have the issue.

My guess is you DO have a slightly bent wheel, but without the proper equipment to check it, you will never know.

Anyone who tells you they can "eyeball" a bent wheel is fooling themselves.
