Default XF part missing ... clueless

What is missing here?
I bought an XF 2010 model from a salvage auction. When the carrier dropped it off, it was in Park and I'm guessing, the park brake applied. The tilt tray driver said he got only 1 key and I manged to open the boot with it and attach surge protected jumper leads .... the brought up a message on the display ..... but I can't remember exactly what it was, something about removing a smart key.
The driver seemed to think that something was missing from this spot and it had something to do with turning the system on and starting it. Is there supposed to be a key barrel in there, or a button or ????

Thanks for any help you can offer

T1 Terry, yes, the START-STOP button goes there. Based on the damage to the button, you are most likely going to need to get a whole new assembly (about $300 on e-bay).

Thank you Thermo, I've had an E Bay search over this side and they are all over AUD$1,000 used out of the US, but I'll put out a salvage yard hotline search on Monday if I don't have any luck. Now to find out where the magic fob is, they show it in the photos from the salvage auction, so it was there at the time of sale .... hope I can track it down, I hate to think what one of those will be worth

Sadly, buying anything out of the US to Aust, all the USD$ have to be x 2 to get AUD$. I did find these Engine Start Stop Ignition Switch Push Button Fit Jaguar XJ 2010-2013 C2D4509 | eBay, they claim the will fit an XF, yet to see. At least from the E Bay listings I can see where the screws are to remove the centre piece ....
