my order is missing gloss charcoal ash veneer, dealer said is was unavailable at time of order. anybody order this option.

 

That's weird, that's really the only wood choice and Jaguar used to favor wood on the dash. I went with the gloss black, considered the Carbon Fiber but the upcharge was just too much for the value. I had an aluminum dash on one of my S5 Audi and really didn't like it so the choice was easy (surprisingly I'm not a fan of wood). I wonder also if the dealer is trying to lock you to one of the initial builds they ordered so they can bring the sale into this year. Given those of us with early pre-orders our out till late November now (with the exception of the special addition which is basically pre-set) the incentive would be to push you into something the dealer had on their initial inventory list.
