Dear Jaguar friends,

4 weeks ago I turned off my 2021 I-Pace 320 SE. 4 hours later I wanted to continue again, but nothing worked. Car dead.

3 days later I changed the 12 volt battery, which went relatively well so far.

Unfortunately, the information light has been on since then, indicating that the SOS system only works to a limited extent.

The question now is: Is it due to a defective battery in the telematics module OR is it because the “Incontrol services”
have expired and I have not renewed them?
