Interesting Analysis (article) of I-Pace Suspension
Well it's not specific to the I-Pace, my XE has the same suspension, albeit coil springs. My only doubts on my own car is the life of the bush at the bottom of the spring unit. On my two previous X350s, it was a very similar arrangement, and these bushes would be starting to wear out in about 35k miles. I hope Jaguar have improved this service life with this slightly modified design.
This is a good article about the I- Pace suspension but the statement that oversize tires cannot be fitted is not totally accurate. I have 22" R275/40 inch tires on 9" wide wheels which fir perfectly without any spacers. These tires are about !" wider than the stock P255/40 tires and the wheels are 1/2" wider than the stock 8" wheels. He is probably right that tire chains would not fit though.
