my dealer dont want to share original part number with me for a repair that i need to perform. The part in question has good availability on second hand market, but i see that it comes in a few revisions and would like to buy the exact version for my VIN.

I've tried to download JEPC, but the version i found for offline use did not include i-pace.

Do you guys have any bright ideas on how i can proceed without starting to rip apart my car?

The part in question is the lower screen, also called the climate control screen or similar. Part number j9d313d734cc or j9d313d734cd.

 

I'm afraid you will have to remove the screen in order to get the correct part number. Access to online JEPC was limited by JLR a while ago, at least it seems independents no longer have access and need to talk to Jaguar as well.
The mid console needs to be taken apart from rear to front, see manual pages 3063 ff.

Give me your VIN and I will look it up in the JLR EPC. Are you going to program the new screen yourself after install?
