Try nexxia.com/uk or something like that just go to google and type in nexxia...they have many products for car stereos in jags...hopefully they have something...got any pics of what you need to cover or do you mean you want a whole entire dash kit if thats the case nexxia is where to go...hopefully they have something for that year of car...

My XJ40 had a conventional panel behind the curved one for a standard US radio. It went in pretty straight forward with no gaps? Actually looks better than the stock one did. I'm not sure what you're having trouble with? But check with your local stereo installers, they should be able to resolve your problem.

I think our x's are a little different...our whole middle comes out and is attached to the radio...so there'd be a hole quite large in the middle of our dash...

Hey mate, try and buy the custom stereo wiring harness for a for from 1986+. It'll work for sure on the Jags up to 2004...not sure from there. However, if this is not enough, let me know and I'll remove my radio and tell you which wires go where. However, the custom wiring harness only costs $10-$15 at any Sound Advice.

Shoot you go to walmart by me and you have any harness except the new gm ones that have the module in them and your talking 6.94!!! They even have the ones for early gm vehicles with chimes for 30 bucks...my dealer cost on them is like 50-100+...the one for 50 is one that relocates your stock radio to underneath your seat and the other has the chime box with it...

Bad jag I'd go buy the wiring harness and if it doesn't work take it back...

Hey whick kickers you get? Hopefully cvr's! I had those hooked up in my escape with a ported box and 600watts rms hifonics txi6006 amp and man did it sound good! Those subs look and sound awesome. I hooked them up to my kenwood 800 watt amp and they sounded great in that too! Make sure you take some pics!

The escape had that in there not the jag....otherwise it was pretty loud in the escape! We sold both the box with subs and amp last weekend when we set up...unfortunately I currently have only a used l5 10 and a directed studio series in there right now...

You already have the head unit? I get huge deals on some pioneer players...avic d3 is like low 700's...I also get the pioneer deh6900ub for 220...that cd player has usb connection in which you can hook up an external hard drive and navigate through that with the radio its freaking amazing...I have one coming in tomorrow I have to install in my in-laws neighbors grand cherokee...I looking forward to checking that out...those jls should do you no wrong...what amp will you have hooked to them?
