I just ordered the standard mats. I did the same as you I searched the WWW for probably over a week and right now there are no other options that provide the Jaguar logo so Graham unless some other company starts offering the logo I see no other options that this company other than settling for the boring plane mats

Greetings, Perhaps I'm lost or not paying proper attention but I can't seem to find floor mats for my '97 XK8 with the leaping cat and "Jaguar" name. Some of those pictured here are exactly what I seek. I cannot find the AutoEtc supplier. Any suggestions or leads for September 2014? Thanks for your time and assistance! Warm regards, Ken

I recall reading on the forum a few months back that AutoEtc were stopping manufacture of mats with the Jaguar logo. This must be right because I can't find any listing by them on ebay today.
If you ask the question in XK8/XKR forum, members with this model should be able to suggest alternatives.

As I reported on my entry #18 - Auto Etc. no longer makes any Jaguar logos but I found a better source with a better quality embroidery which I showed pictures in my entry #18

I checked and called them(Auto Etc.); they no longer provide the Jaguar logo that others shown last year. I searched for weeks and finally found this company World Upholstery & Trim www.worlduph.com and they will do any year Jaguar even ones not on their drop down list with the Jaguar logo!"
Go to World Upholstery & Trim and even if you DO NOT see your model just pick up the telephone and call them as my model was not shown but when I called they said they can do it as they have the patterns for all Jaguars but have not bothered updating their website pull down menu.

For anyone who is interested here is a side-by-side pic of an XK stock mat (left) vs the Autoetc mat (right) from eBay. I picked up the eBay mats because I was missing the mat for the driver's side. The stock mat is a firmer feel and matches the carpet exactly while the Autoetc mat has a plusher carpet and a larger logo (I do like the larger logo).
Do you have an email or phone contact for autoetc direct ? Or for the Dena you reference ?

World upholstery & trim Jaguar floor mats
Last year I order floor mats for my XK8 with NDR (creme) trim. I asked for a bright red leaping jaguar and lettering. While I grow fatigued with the car, the mats are very nice. Ken

I ordered a set of mats from Autoetc about a year and a half ago. I too had wanted to order the heel pad, but it was not included. I can tell you that the quality on these mats(3d car mats | SevenStar International) is not good at all. Almost immediately, they began to shed clumps of material all over the place. I thought perhaps its just a breaking-in thing, but they have continued to shed even a year and a half later. There's a great big hole where my heel has punched through, all four mats are flimsy and thin, the rear mats NEVER stay in place and are always getting bunched up. All-in-all, these have not held up.

Autoetc no longer offers the leapers but World Auto Upholstery does. World Auto Upholstery did nice quality mats for my 1965 Jaguar 3.8s in light tan with darker brown for the Jaguar leaper and the words "Jaguar"" below the leaper.
