Default Weather Car tire Lifetime depends on the Year of Manufacture?

It is learnt that Car tires have life time normally up to 30K miles/ 50K Km. But I want to know weather Car tire Lifetime also depends on the Year of Manufacture?

I'm not sure I know what you mean about the system being "sensitive". As long as you maintain an even airflow distribution across the face of the mass air flow (MAF) meter you can make significant changes to the intake system. Having a MAF makes the EMS much less sensitive to engine modifications that change the volumetric efficiency than speed-density systems that rely on measuring manifold pressure in order to infer air flow rate into the engine.
