I've posted the info on the S-type specific forum but I've got no inputs. I figured someone in here might have something to add. I'd really like to start fabbing this weekend. Please read the above post and let me know what you think. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well I'm building one too, however I like to use abs plastic instead of any kind of metal since it gets very hot under the hood, I like your ideas but don't worry about the air flow that much after all we won't get that many HP out of this since our cars are not that powerful.

 

I hear you. The biggest thing I was worried about was disturbing the air flow by the MAF. I finished mine, well the build part anyways, still got cosmetics to do but thier is a noticable differance in throtle responce. After a few more mile I']ll do some math on MPG.
