Default Opcon Twinscrew Jaguar V8

I thought I'd share this photo with everyone of a Jaguar V8 converted to use a Opcon twin screw supercharger many years ago by Dennis Priddle, who was the first man outside of the USA to run a six second quarter mile pass, earning him the nickname 'Mr Six'.

I don't have any detail of the specs, but the picture was sent to my by Dennis Priddle's former colleague Roger Bywater of AJ6 engineering, who was a Senior Development Engineer at Jaguar for many years. AJ6 SUPERCHARGERS / AJ6 Engineering

That brings back memories ;-). 10 Years ago I saw this picture from AJ6 Engineering, I contacted Roger to check if they where making a kit, but he told me they didn't think it could be made at a viable price. This actual picture gave me then the confidence that you could slide in the opcon unit without major adjustments, and so I started. Many thanks to AJ6 Engineering/Roger, as I may never have gone ahead without their build picture.
