Talking Avatar on posts

I know I'm an idiot, but I changed forums because I changed Jags, and I went into User CP and uploaded a new photo, which I think is the right size. I can see the photo - avatar in User CP, but when I did a post today (on the X100 forum), my old photo showed up. What am I doing wrong? My old Van den Plas photo is showing up instead of my "new" XK8. My signature got updated fine. Thanx.
P.S. The old photo is on this post.

Jim,

You've set your XK8 photo as your Profile picture but left the Avatar picture unchanged as the VdP. This is from our Moderator Control Panel just to show you what's happened:

Go into User CP - Settings & Options - Edit Avatar to make the change.

Jim,

I've moved this from General Tech Help to Jaguar Forums Feedback & Suggestion Center which is the place for questions about the forum.
