Tittle says it all. How I can do that? It is very annoying.

 

You'll need to start by going to UserCP, Edit Options and change the Default Thread Subscription Mode setting. That will take care of future threads you participate in.

However, you next need to take care of the current subscriptions.

Go to UserCP, View all Subscribed Threads, and manually change the options for that thread. There is a mass-select feature using the checkbox column to the right and selecting the appropriate action in the bottom right corner.
