Default Disappearing thread?

Hi all,

Just joined. Posted in welcome and went off to start a thread about upgrading XE audio (https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...6/#post2160570). Then went to add a collected set of sources... and it's disappeared. Did I do something wrong? It was showing fine before. I haven't had any messages about it.

That's very weird. It was linking to thread not found + contact administrators before.

Your thread was placed in the Moderation queue by the automated Spam Management system. We cannot disclose exactly what triggers the automated Spam Management system to flag posts as possible Spam content, and thus moved to the Moderation queue for manual review, but know that using Jaguar Forums for its intended purpose and becoming a more regular member will result in your posts being less subject to the automated Spam Management system.

Also note that if your thread was placed in Moderation queue by the Spam Management system, and after it's approved by Moderation, the post may go back to the Moderation queue if you edit the post. That was also a factor in your example.

Ah, that solves that mystery. I can see how edits could be used to circumvent spam detection. In my case, correcting typos triggered the detection. Thanks for explaining.
