Write your message and go to below the page and make sure you check
Yes, post a poll with this thread

You can also adjust how many choices you would like to have in your poll and then click Submit New Thread

Now, after being redirecting to your new page just write your question and your polls options .
Once you complete ,all you have to do is to click "submit New Poll"
That's all
