Could not log on yesterday, all I got was "invalid host" And now I log on half the post's are missing, in the thread I started, about "Suspension fault" Anyone else had this problem???

 

yep mine are gone too. I forgot to pay my posts renewal fee and got them repo'd.....JK

Very funny, I read another post, and got the answer.

 

I noticed that beneath my screen name, I have acquired the monicker of "Super moderator". If I owe anyone thanks for that promotion, I can only give them in a halfhearted fashion...

I used to visit my Grandama during the summer at her apartment building in Manhattan. All of the great residential towers have maintenance staff on hand, the job title was "Building Superintendant" but everybody just called them "Supers".

One hot summer afternoon, Grandma took me to Coney Island for a day of junk food and carnival rides. We left when I began to feel a bit queasy, and sure enough, as soon as I spun through the revolving door to enter the apartment building, out comes the three hotdogs and cotton candy I thought I had enjoyed. Horrified, I looked up at Grandma's comforting smile as she said...

"Don't worry, dear. We'll just call the Super".
