Hi folks, for the last few weeks when browsing the forums on an iPhone using Chrome browser, it automatically tries to launch the App Store and install betting Apps such as Coral and William Hill.
it pretty much makes the forums unusable on a mobile device. Perhaps a mod could look into this, looks like there might be some malicious code on the site or some very over zealous advertising code.
It happens when you click into an individual topic rather than just browsing the thread titles.

I replied to a similar question recently. Neither forum Admin nor Moderators have any influence on the design of the mobile app.

The forum is owned by Internet Brands who have many other vehicle forums. The design will inevitably be standard across their portfolio and they are highly unlikely to make fundamental changes to one individual model forum.

What you are seeing may or may not have anything to do with Internet Brands design and configuration of the mobile app. IB technical staff do monitor this forum and are the only ones who can give an explanation or advice regarding linked advertising.
