I'm trying to send a message but I get this notification:

I have followed the URL to complete my registration, so I don't think that's the issue.
I recently made my account (less than 24 hours ago), not sure if that has anything to do with it.
I have searched in the FAQ and could not find a solid answer, so I'm asking here.

Any idea?

I assume you are trying to send a PM?
If you had posted an intro in the new members section and read the new members sticky in that section you would know that you have to complete the minimum membership period and post count qualifications before you can send PMs.
