I understand the need to avoid spammers and I will wait the three days as needed. However, I find it amusing that when logged in, I cannot download pictures and pdf's that other users have so kindly shared. However, when not logged in, I can. hehe.

So, I managed to get to the content I needed, but just found this a bit amusing.

That is rather interesting Jeffrey, I wonder if our administrator and techies know that little 'workaround'. Its not that much of an issue on the viewing of images and downloading documents, it was mainly instituted to prevent private messaging capabilities. Can you believe we had spammers mass PMing people after signing on...as the member directory is available to everyone.
