Starting a few days ago the normal blue screen loaded fine; but as soon as I logged in the acreen turned black background with rversed out white lettering, as shown here: Screen display when logged in.
As soon as I log out, the screen display returns to normal: Normal screen returns as soon as I log out

You have dark mode enabled. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner (header) and disable.
