How about a new section, "What have you done to your Jag lately."

Several of us work on these cars daily and bounce from section to section. Some repairs can benefit all Jag owners, instead of posting to one specific forum, finds/repairs etc could be in one. I know I enjoy reading and learning from what others have done and one section would improve my online experience here.

Merry Christmas

Hi there.

In a sense the General Tech section covers this, and the aim here is to be non-model specific.

About a year ago we had a massive clean up involving days of work from all the Mods at that time.

The aim was to repatriate model specific repairs etc and leave this section open for General Car repairs, questions, yada yada.

Pretty much inline with what you are suggesting.

ie. General procedures to adopt when tackling a job, such as brake pads for example, or oil changes......the list could be summarized from the AA Auto repair manual, a must for any teenage would be spanner chucker.

But like anything, leading the horse to water is one thing, getting it into the Jacuzzi is entirely a different matter.

Hope the Radio is doing well, and all the very best for 2013.

Pity, it is rather a good word, has 5 vowels and 5 consonants.

Equilibrium is maintained!
