I've been a frequent visitor over the last 5 years but did not attempt to setup an account until earlier this year(I think). I didn't even post something until last week. When I attempt to view member accounts(I was attempting to email user "Brutal" directly about a HID autolevel issue) and navigating to some other pages I get the following message:

cardsm, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I just need to know what I need to do to become a full member and/or get full non administrator access. I find this forum second to none in regards to jag info and welcome the opportunity to be more involved as yet another member that would prefer to fix it myself as opposed to letting someone else touch my car. If there was an email or something to complete registration I didn't see it, probably got caught in spam filter. Just let me know what I need to do. Thank you.

 

There is a time (3day) and post (10) which you need to complete before all the wonders of the forums are revealed to you, PMs are one of those.
You are good on the time front, just need a few more posts, maybe you could add an intro in the new members section or add to some of the stickys in the Off Topic section?
It is also possible that the Admin will upgrade you if he stops by.
