Default when to break up one post into several

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some guidance posting questions in the forums. I am planning some significant work on my XJS and have a bunch of questions that I'd like to post, some of them with pics.

I'm not sure If I should just create one post with a bunch of questions or post smaller ones that are more focused on one topic and easier to find for others.

I'd appreciate any guidance you can provide,

thx.

Chris,

Two options:

1. create individual threads for each topic.
OR
2. create a single "project" thread introducing your vehicle and the work you propose to do. Append posts as the work progresses.

Option (1) is the best way to attract the attention of members with specific knowledge, interest and experience but there is no pressure either way.

If your posts are likely to be very detailed and lengthy, writing the text offline then "copy & paste" into a post will avoid the frustration and annoyance of your connection timing out and losing the content.
