I'm a Junior member and a little naive at posting... I've made comments to active posts, but never started from scratch...

I see the 13 buttons above... none seem to take me where I want to go.

I'd love to see "Add New Post" where I could click on it and input my car info, ie 2004 XJ8 Water Pump Leaking... press "GO" and land in the right spot... (Yeah, in a perfect world!)

Any advice would appreciated...

Hi Kyd,

It looks like you have it right, you need to go to the section of the forum that you want to post in, click on Forum Tools at the top and choose Post a new thread from the drop down menu and you are on the way.

The only thread I can see that you started was the auto wiper thread in the X350 section.
I'll take a look and see if I can find a misplaced post.

You will find it useful to add your car details to your signature to help others to diagnose your problem.

I guess it was your post on coolant problems, which you had added to an existing thread in the XK8 section.

In the absence of a forum tools drop down, just click on the new thread button that appears at the top and bottom of each section index:
