Hi, in order to download any files from the jaguarforums.com servers, you need to be logged in as a 'Full Access' member.
To see the guidelines about membership privileges, click on the link in my signature.
Looking at your join date you should just about be OK from the time aspect, but you need to increase your post count.
Only the Forum Administrator can manually change this, we as Moderators can not.
For info, the file does not go into aftermarket wheels but describes the standard stock fitments. (from one of your posts).

For full access , you need to contact our Admin .Since you are a new member and therefore you can't contact our Admin via e-mail or pm I have a link for you .
