Normally finished in black except that aluminium alloy parts are left unpainted.

Have a happy rebuild, BTW, there aren't very many of these cars around now, and there weren't even many when Jaguar were making them !

Hi Dirk. I've been posting some pictures on another thread "Restoration of 647210 Continues". The body came disassembled and the challenge is putting it back together with the correct dimensions. What stage are you at now? is the body on you car still in one piece that I might be able to get some measurements from? Thanks, Paul.

Hi Paul, my car is at the moment disassembled.
The body tub is off the chasiss, but in one part (including doors and trunk lid.
Also the fenders are separated.
The engine is now back in the frame, including gear box, drive shaft and rear axle.
If you need dimensions, best to give me a small drawing indicating the dimensions you want to have and I'll measure them for you.
