Ignition problems on a 1968 Jaguar 420G
Hi I’m new to the forums and I have two Jags in the garage. 1971 Etype v12 and a 1968 Jaguar 420g.
So the 420 has had problems with the ignition lately. It hits a “dead spot”. Nothing turns on or turns over just silence. Usually we will get it to start eventually but this time the whole car shut off while I was driving. Wouldn’t turn back on. Just silence. 10 minutes later it starts right up. Haha. Is this an alternator issue or some type of wiring?
