Cool A little help with brake cervo/booster on a 57 Mk8 please

Need a little help please.

Bought a 57 Mk8 project.

The brake booster was in the trunk and I have absolutely no idea where it mounts. Any one that is able to provide some pics gets a big high five and some smiles. Also, and a bigger challenge. I pulled the 3 1/2 l engine (2 bad cylinders) and replaced it with the 3.8 l engine. I seem to have misplaced the power steering driver unit that mounts between the hose connector and pump. Where is the best salvage yard for these?

Looking forward to reply's and thanks in advance

I see you've had no replies, and I'm not surprised as these cars are quite rare now.
As I remember, the brake booster, (UK=Servo), is mounted on the chassis.
What do you mean by "power steering driver unit" ? Are you referrring to the steering box ? If so, this will be a Burman recirculating-ball box built for power steering.
There will be Jaguar parts specialists in the US that may still have used parts available, but salvage yards I would say not. These cars were not made in large quantities like Detroit iron.

If you look on the SNG Barratt website, you'll see what is now available for these cars.

For reference you can look at the Jaguar Heritage site. They have made available most if not all of the parts listings for the older vehicles. SNGBarratts and Moss Motors both also have diagrams, listings and some parts availability. There are other parts suppliers also, so try checking whatever parts numbers you get online. Good luck, those are impressive cars.

My servo was not salvageable so I replaced it with a modern one. I had to add an additional mounting brace. But I did install it in the same place as original. Please see photo's attached. Hope this helps.
