Default Mark VII Parts

Hi, I put some Mark VII parts for sale in the for sale thread and I was wondering if owners of similar vintage Jaguars might be able to suggest somewhere else I should put them up for sale at? Given that they are for a fairly rare car I know it’s going to be hard to find anyone who needs them. I figured someone could at least use the fender skirts and the air cleaner. Thanks!

I would try eBay. Last year a friend had a garage clearout and asked me to sell the stuff off, with me getting 50%. Well, y'know that stuff sold very rapidly and there was a lot of Jaguar stuff in there, like 50s and 60s speedos, and an E-type tool kit that fetched really silly money just because it had a full set of flat spanners with Jaguar on one side and SSP on the other.

I have a lot of MK II parts and eventually MK I parts along with Land Rover and older Jag stuff. Problem with Ebay, I do not remember what I paid for these parts, especially the parts I stripped off the parts cars. Ebay/PayPal would notify the IRS of my total sales for the year and I would be taxed on 100% of selling value. So I have not gone to Ebay. Just a thought, trying to figure what I need to do personally.

Not sure about the IRS notification thing. Some years we repored EBAY income and others we have not. We've yet to have any IRS issues.

I think if you want to transfer more than $300 in a 30 day period, you need to provide tax ID (Like Social Security info).

If I get too much in my PayPal account, I just buy stuff online and have it shipped to me.
I also take $300 transfer when I can.

Play the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
