Description:

Been a longtime member of the forums. But, physically, just can not work on nor maintain cars anymore.

So, I am the third owner and the car has 90,000 miles on it. It is a beautiful original silver paint. I always polished it and clay bar. Perfect body.

It has the factory Navigation system (and I have the original discs), Factory Alpine Premium Stereo system, light weight, reduced friction, and cooler running engine with Nikasil cylinders. These cylinders are an example of perfectly maintained Nik cylinders.

All the fun stuff I did to the car:
Car just passed the California Smog test and I'm waiting on the new tags to arrive.
Car has always been in Southern California and always parked in an enclosed garage (true for all 3 owners).
I've done all the mechanical work on the car myself. It has the following:
1. New timing chains primary and secondary, upgraded metal tensioners and new guides (first thing I did to the car)
2. Cast aluminum thermostat housing and new thermostat
3. New front struts (4K miles on them). New rear tires (F+R lots of meat). Brake Pads
4. Trans Dip Stick installed
5. Just replaced the radiator overflow tank with a new factory one and new factory gas cap
6. New battery maybe a year ago. 6. New front brake pads about 4K miles on them
7. Replaced Evap Purge Valve, air filter, replaced plugs and seals and gaskets of course and hoses
8. Replaced upper shock mount, front Control Arm bushings
9. The car engine was TerraCleaned
10. Replaced door handle rubber and other various rubber surrounds and wipers
11. Replaced the headrest cables with modified actuator cables
12. The best window tint shop in LA did my windows

Things that need to get done.
1. CD Changer may have a loose wire. The head unit does not recognize the changer
2. Trans needs care as it slips if you step on it. But, it is always good under normal driving conditions
3. The rear center brake light housing is cracked and a single chip in the windshield (there since I bought it)
4. It has the upgraded chrome factory wheels 245/45-18 fronts and 255/45-18 rears. But, as chrome sometimes does, they are corroding

Everything works great on the car. Not a glitch. I've taken care of everything I can.

I don't know what price I should ask for her. So, I'm going to put 10K

Very nice. I would not comment on the price. On a unique auto, to me, the price is what you can get for it. I always seem to sell my cars a few years too early. My default sell was my 1955 300SL Gullwing I sold for $14,500 in 1973. I would like to have a coupe to keep my '04 XK8 convertible company.

nice looking coupe - good luck with the sale. Some interior pics as well as side view and engine bay pics may help with the sale
