Recently moved from California to Ohio and brought the XJ6C with me. I'm storing it more than driving it, so considering moving it along into better hands. Originally Greensand with Biscuit interior but repainted many years ago in Regency Red; paint needed. Very minor rust, as the car lived in Arizona most of its life, but sun damage to interior. Previous owner replaced fuel tanks. Restoration needed but very complete. Starts, runs, drives, stops.
It's too rare to let decay, and an excellent candidate for full resto. Asking $8000 based on current value guidelines. Might entertain trades but unlikely. Please contact with any questions.
Located in Toledo,Ohio.
I would like to see more photos of the interior and all sides of the car. Trunk area also. Can't get a true picture with only 4 photos. More info on the functionality of the motor, transmission and drive train. Any body putty / bondo / or fiberglass repairs? Don't want to buy a $ pit.
The car is currently in storage but I did find some additional shots. Note that car is titled and registered in Ohio (yes, it came from Arizona and I did not attempt smog check in California before my move to Ohio).
Also, the dash pad has been replaced and walnut veneer dashboard is included in sale though is not installed.
Again, if you have question, please contact me. I’m happy to speak to any serious buyer or answer specific questions via email.
First question everybody rolls around in their mind, as well as the first question you get asked is how many miles. I know its a 76 model but why not indicate how many?

Sorry, I'm not clear on whether you're actually interested in the car or not. If you are, I'll happily explain that I have no idea if the mileage shown is anywhere accurate or not.
Unbelievable!
You have an individual who collects Jaguars and is requesting information on the car YOU put up for sale and your beating around the bush.
Good luck!

I’m honestly not sure if you’re interested or just trolling. Those who were truly interested have contacted me and discussed the car.
There are two offers on the car at the moment. I’ve had good conversations with both potential buyers who read my notes.
As mentioned, the car is in storage. I would have been more than willing to go check the odometer on the weekend had you simply gotten in contact and asked. Instead you throw a vague comment about what sellers should do instead of just asking me directly.
The odometer shows just over 40K miles but hasn’t recorded any miles while I’ve had it. As previously stated, I have no idea what the true mileage is.
Now that didn't hurt at all did it. Troll.... whatever. You posted your car for sale on a forum. If you don't like public comments/questions... don't post your car for sale on a forum...
