Front-Rear springs on Jaguar MK2 3.8l -1962
HI to alls
I would like to have the front and rear springs of my Jaguar MK2 3.8l custom-made.
Everything available on the market doesn't last over time — the correct steel must be used.
Does anyone have the original engineering drawings with the dimensions ?
Has anyone already had the front and rear springs of a Jaguar MK2 custom-made ?
Best regards
Gérard

The original rear springs can be re-set but in all of my 40+ years of MK1 and MK2 ownership of over10 cars of these types I have only ever had to have that done once.
The workshop manuals for these cars do have the measurements for these springs and as I have said I only ever found one set which did not meet the standard
If the rear appears to be "sagging" it is almost always due to deterioration of the rubbers in the rear spring mounting.
