FYI for sale in AZ
My first reaction was, Arizona, that could be good. Looking closer, the door fit, as much as it's possible to judge from the photos, might be a bit off, suggesting there could be hidden rust at the door pillar to sill joints. It can be repaired, but it's extra work and requires a little knowledge of the Mk2 structure. Also, the speedo is in km/h. That might mean the car started it's life in Canada, which is not as dry as Arizona. Still, it's not expensive.
IMO, when the total cost involved for a restoration of these cars is concerned, the initial price is almost inconsequential. it really comes down to whether or not one wants a "project" on which to spend lotsa time and money.
