Default Mark 2 Part Needed

Does anyone have a backing plate for the B pillar light they'd be willing to sell? The plating shop said this one's too far gone - the pot metal is actually warped and cracked. I've tried the U.S. salvage guys I'm aware of but no luck. Thanks.

Contact Jag Outlet, ask for Terry 800 706 5247 and/or email him the picture, etc. to info@jagoutlet.com He most likely has that part in stock. PS he is a great first place to go for new parts as well before you go to the other usual suspects as he is often cheaper. He has a lot of things not on his webpage.

Sorry- the only spares I can find are the wood they attach to. I would recommend the Jag Outlet recommended by Primaz, they are great.

Be aware that there are several different style pillar lights over the years that vary slightly (in case you are trying to match a pair). My Mk2 pillar lights do not have any metal backing plate (see photo) but instead have a wood base, a white plastic bulb holder, and then covered with a metal and plastic cap.

Thanks for the lead Alan. It looks like Jose may have some lights so I'll start there. Chuck, I really appreciate the search. Eric, thanks for the tip - had no idea there were different versions of this fixture.

Doug, just in case, I replied to your message, or call me by phone also in message.
(the SEND MESSAGE system here is acting with a glitch)
