Default MK2 = 3.8S radiator?

Wizard radiator has a very nice alloy rad available for the MK2. Today I saw some pics of one being installed and it looked very much like my 3.8S rad. Can anyone confirm if they are interchangable?

I suffer overheating even with a rebuilt copper rad, I wonder if this expensive sexy thing would be a step forward?

I used a wizard radiator on my 3.8s where we gave the dimensions and what we wanted and it fits well and should keep the 450+ HP LS engine cool, if I were to do it
Again I would I would have had them incorporate the trans cooler into the one as we forgot that and thus added a separate trans cooler. They made it custom for our desires.

XK Unlimited sells an aluminum radiator that fits Mk2 and 3.8S, with the exception of MK2 with a BW35 auto and 3.8S Auto as it does not have provision for a transmission cooler.
Check this link: CO-18920A - Alloy Radiator MK I and MK II Sedans, Manual 3.4S/3.8S.
So a Mk2 rad should fit a 3.8S manual.

Retro Air in Texas also offers re-designed radiators for Jaguar

very expensive and you need to contact the owner for exact fit

The Wizards like the Retro-air are all tig welded and not cheap epoxy, etc. Made to save costs. the Wizard stock model will handle 400 HP and they will relocate the intakes, etc. Based on what you want and can make custom one for your needs such as more rows more fins per inch, etc. A good radiator should cost $600 to $1200. It is worth it the money for a quality radiator as I have quality Wizard radiators on a z car that has been trouble free for over 15 years.

I sent Wizard a query asking what they had heard regarding fitment but yet to get a response. Like You, I am extremely wary of a 200$ alloy rad. Mind you, I have a $200 SuperMod rad from Afco in my racer but they were just breaking into the market then. It's more now.....
