Due to some serious rust issues on my 1963 MK2, I need a LH rear door and LH front guard. No luck finding these parts in Australia. In addition, the area above the grill on my car is mostly body filler. Is just this section replaceable?

The section above the grill was separate & had 2 leaded seams IIRC. Then connected to front fenders.

Martin Robey is your only chance I know of new. Otherwise you will have to cut from a scrapped shell.

Standard they only show the 2 lower portions of the grill aperture.

Contact them. They have a fabrication shop & if they have the pattern/die they might make you one.

Both S Types & Mk2's had substantial lead filling on those front seams & to get the shaping correct around the grill aperture.

 

I bought a panel off a guy on ebay uk and he also had the above grille piece new old stock. the item number was 153436547169.

Might be worth trying to contact him.
